Quick fixes
Forgot your password
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and follow the link sent to you by email.
Subscription not recognized
On the subscription screen, tap “Restore purchases”. Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play.
Trips not recorded
Make sure location access is set to “Always” for KiloTax and, on Android, that battery optimization is not blocking the app.
