How quickly do you reply?

Usually within 2 business days. For requests about your personal information, we reply within the 30 days required by law.

How do I delete my KiloTax account?

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. Otherwise, use this form with the subject “Account deletion” and the email address on your account.

Can I get a demo for my fleet?

Yes. Choose the subject “Business / Fleet plan” and tell us how many vehicles you have: we’ll get back to you to set up a demo.
